“Little Ashes” & “New Moon” Considered For Oscar Nomination

New Moon and Little Ashes have all been submitted to the Oscar’s committee for consideration and have been accepted. This means that if the Academy members vote for them they have a chance at being nominated. Let’s keep our fingers crossed! It’s great that they were at least considered.

As the release of “Little Ashes” approaches, we are getting more and more stuff. People.com has a new clip of Rob in the film, definitely worth watching! Check it out here.

Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson dons a mustache – and a heavy accent – for his next role as Spanish surrealist painter Salvador Dalí in Little Ashes. PEOPLE has an exclusive clip of the movie, which is set in 1922 and focuses on Dalí as a young man in love with the poet Federico GarcÍa Lorca, played by Javier Beltrán.

Great news everyone!
Thanks to The Movie Fanatic, we now know that Robert will grace the cover of the April issue of GQ to promote “Little Ashes”.

The April edition of the magazine, GQ , will be featuring Robert Pattinson on its cover, to promote the March 27, 2009 release of Little Ashes. Fantastic news for Robert as well as everyone who had a part in the making of this film. Be looking for the issue mid-March to read more about Rob and Little Ashes!

“Little Ashes” Trailer

The final trailer for “Little Ashes” has been released. The film looks very interesting, I can’t wait until March!

For those of you who don’t know, Robert plays painter Salvador Dalí in this film. Other cast members are Javier Beltran as Federico García Lorca and Matthew McNulty as Luis Buñuel.
